Upon graduating cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2011, Joshua began representing injured individuals and their families in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, and personal injury. After two years, he worked as a defense litigator, and credits this time with allowing him to have a better understanding of defense strategies and tactics in order to assist clients. Joshua finds the most rewarding part of practicing law to be using his knowledge and training to assist injured people in their time of need.
Joshua graduated cum laude from Ohio University in 2008, where he was a student senator. While at the Duquesne University School of Law, Joshua was actively involved in the trial advocacy program, and was a member of a team that participated in regional and national moot court competitions, receiving the Louis B. Mandarino award for excellence in trial advocacy. He also achieved an “Outstanding Oral Advocacy” award through Duquesne’s Legal Research and Writing program, as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future awards in the areas of Estates & Trusts, and White Collar Crime.
Joshua is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
A Pittsburgh native, Joshua is an avid fan of all three professional sports teams, and enjoys watching and going to games in his free time. He grew up in the north hills, and currently resides in Bethel Park.
