This was Jeff’s second recent successful decision from the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  Earlier, the appellate court affirmed the verdict entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County in favor of a metal supplier against a publicly traded steel manufacturer.  In the case tried by Jeff Lalama representing the supplier, the Superior Court upheld the award of $167,242.54 on the supplier’s breach of contract claim, arising from its agreement to provide the manufacturer with scrap metal at an agreed upon price per pound.
